Ursarctic Big Dipper Used Deck

Ursarctic Big Dipper
Card Kind Attribute Level Type ATK DEF
Field Spell - - - - -
Once per turn, if your "Ursarctic" monster would Tribute a monster(s) to activate its effect, you can banish 1 Level 7 or higher "Ursarctic" monster from your GY instead. Each time a monster(s) is Special Summoned, place 1 counter on this card. Once per turn, if a monster(s) is Special Summoned and an "Ursarctic" Synchro Monster is on the field (except during the Damage Step): You can remove all counters from this card (min. 7), then target 1 monster your opponent controls; take control of it.

With the appearance of 《Rainbow Bridge of Salvation》, it has become a card with many roles such as initial movement, interference, cost, and fusion material.
Since this card can be activated from the Deck with 《Ursarctic Polarie》and requires 《Ultimate Flagship Ursatron》as a fusion material, it is desirable to use as many cards as possible.
There was a problem that it was useless on its own, but since it became possible to bring 《Ursarctic Drytron》from 《Foolish Burial Goods》, it became easier to use it as a fusion material from the hand. If you can play 《Ultimate Flagship Ursatron》without using this card on the field, you can activate the interference effect (3).
Since the cost can be excluded, it can be used to trigger 《Swordsoul Supreme Sovereign - Chengying》as well as interacting with the effect of 《Ultimate Flagship Ursatron》.

The release reduction isn't bad, but when you play this card, you end up spending 1 card, so it's not very profitable. After deploying from Polari, 《Cash Back》is finally possible.
If you accumulate 7 counters, you can plagiarize your opponent's monsters, which is pretty powerful as a hindrance, but it overlaps with Nibiru's role... That said, this card also works well with Nibiru, and you can steal the tokens converted by Nibiru. Nibiru is 11 star so he can also cost Ursarctic.
In front of this card, which has 7 counters, there is no fool who can special summon his trump card, so subtle bargaining like Babel Tower is required. When the opponent is about to hit his Special Summon with exactly 7 counters, activate a bear, actively put a 7th counter on it to keep it in check, and so on. Since the effect can send a Trojan horse from the opponent on turn 1, you want to pay attention to the monster that steals it.
In fact, he can't take control without an Ursarctic S monster. Ursarctic use is easy to overlook, so be careful not to judge kill. This seems like a mere disadvantage, but this restriction can be overlooked by the other party, and it can cause them to freak out and stop developing, so I want to use it well. Is this the privilege of a minor ... (crying)

It can be activated from Polarie and can reduce hand consumption by substituting release GY. Well, it's not weak, but I didn't need a turn limit.

This card, which means Big Dipper in English, is an aerial carrier of the Ursarctic.
Effect that can substitute Release for Ursarctic's effect only once per turn with Ursarctic of level 7 or higher from GY, places a counter whenever a monster is Special Summoned, and if there is an Ursarctic Synchro on the field, a monster is Special Summoned. It has the effect of removing all 7 or more counters at the same timing and gaining control of 1 opponent's monster.
Only once per turn he can cover Ursarctic's activation cost with his GY removal. This card works especially well with Polari, who can be activated directly from his deck, and can immediately lead Polari to the Septentrion Grand Chario. The exclusion tongue card can be returned with a slider, so I want to use it well.
Stacking Special Summons can also take permanent control. He wants an Ursarctic S monster to trigger the effect, but if it's an Ursarctic, it should be easy to get out. Rather, the bottleneck is that it's slow enough to accumulate 7 counters, and the triggering effect of the Special Summon trigger is unstable.
The cost substitution effect alone is extremely powerful, and it's a card I'd like to use for Polari's sake.

With the effect of (1), I think it's excellent that the release necessary for the effect of the "Ursarctic" monster can be taken over by a "Ursarctic" monster of GY level 7 or higher.
I think it's also a strength that he can activate it from the deck with "Ursarctic Polarity".

Overall Rating: Impersonating Ursarctic's release and taking control are both very useful.
It is possible to search from "Ursarctic Polari" and it is easy to activate, and since the release of the resurrection effect over there can be changed to his GY exclusion, it is easy to connect to Ursarctic star 7 Synchro Monster.
Even with a bare draw, you can release Ursarctic's Effect Monster from his hand to his GY exclusion, making it easier to deploy.
On the other side of the control takeover, Special Summon is good for both himself and the opponent, so on the opponent's turn he Special Summons Ursarctic and triggers it.
Up to 7 Special Summons can be left to your opponent's deployment, and you can steal it before his 8th Special Summon eliminates it.
